As CRM Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery, coordination, and management of CRM campaigns. Reporting into our CRM Manager or CRM Executive, you’ll work closely with other key business stakeholders including Online Trading, Marketing, Buying and Merchandising and creative teams.
Whist not essential, this is an ideal opportunity if you have some experience in campaign management or CRM, in particular email. If you have had exposure in marketing, within a placement position or as part of a degree, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities
* Support with updating the CRM plan / calendar and updating weekly packs
* Assist with department admin such as collating campaign results and running of weekly reporting
* Support in the building of emails with agreed content and templates for both banners
* Testing emails prior to sending
* Helping to track creative briefs through the design team via Trello boards
* Coordinating briefs from brands for their Trade Marketing activity, including timing and content of campaigns, and running reporting
* Competitor reviews and analysis

* Organised but comfortable adapting to changing priorities
* Experience within a retail or fast paced environment
* Able to handle tasks with multiple steps and stakeholders
* Aptitude for systems and learning new software
* Enjoys consistency in work tasks such as populating data tables and templates
* Creative mindset and the ability to put yourself in the customers shoes
