Job Summary
Churchview Surgery is looking to appoint a salaried general practitioner to join our well‑established, high achieving practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work part‑time, with flexibility to work in other areas and the possibility to extend employment and increase working hours in the future. Main Duties
Deliver a mix of routine and urgent GP consultations, including face‑to‑face, telephone and home visits as appropriate. Carry out appropriate referrals, investigating and prescribing. Ensure safe and effective clinical decision‑making and safety‑netting. Manage a wide range of chronic and acute conditions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records. Participate in clinical meetings. Work collaboratively with the whole general practice team. About Us
