They re now seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible and play a key role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you ll be at the heart of classroom life supporting teachers, encouraging students, and helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
You ll work 1:1 with students, deliver small-group interventions, and help learners build the confidence, skills, and motivation they need to succeed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who s caring, adaptable, and passionate about making a genuine impact on young people s education.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide in-class support to help students stay focused and achieve their potential.
* Deliver targeted interventions in 1:1 and small-group settings.
* Support students with additional learning, emotional, or behavioural needs.
* Assist teachers with classroom organisation, planning, and preparation.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting.
* Be patient, approachable, and committed to helping students grow.
* Have a genuine passion for education and supporting student progress.
* Be confident working with learners who may need extra support.
* Work collaboratively and positively as part of a school team.
