Key responsibilities as a Vehicle Spray Painter? Inspect and prepare vehicles prior to the painting process, ensuring surfaces are suitable for refinishing Apply paint finishes to vehicles using modern spraying equipment and current industry techniques Complete work to a consistently high standard to ensure quality results and customer satisfaction Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and maintain safe working practices at all times Contribute to workshop productivity by completing tasks within agreed timeframes and supporting production schedules Communicate any issues that could impact work progress, efficiency, or completion deadlines Recognise and report any potential or existing health and safety risks within the working environment Maintain spray equipment, tools, and workspaces in a clean, organised, and operational condition What we're looking for? Proven experience working as a commercial or vehicle spray painter within a workshop or similar environment Strong understanding of spray painting processes, including paint preparation, mixing, and application techniques Ability to produce work to a high standard with strong attention to detail and finish quality Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Able to manage workload independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision Interest in the automotive sector, with experience following manufacturer methods or working in a fast-paced production environment What's on offer?
