What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
* Helping pupils stay focused, motivated, and on task throughout the school day
* Providing 1:1 or small group support to help pupils reach their full potential
* Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Assisting with classroom setup, resources, and day-to-day activities
* Reporting any concerns to relevant staff in line with safeguarding procedures
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience in a school or similar educational role
* DBS: Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
* Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational abilities
* Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 teaching assistant qualification
