Responsibilities
* The delivery and embedding of a ‘best in class’ luxury retail sales experience at all contact points with our customers.
* Through the Genesis inside sales team (until Retail Partners are enrolled) you will be responsible for the management of the delivery of a luxury retail sales experience from the receipt of the lead/ request through to order, delivery and ownership.
* The effective management of our Retail Partners to ensure they deliver best in class sales process and deliver weekly, monthly and yearly objectives.
* You will ensure that the business achieves its sales objectives and other KPIs, including customer survey results.
* Constantly monitoring, evaluating and assessing the Genesis Retail Sales performance; seeking to help and support continuous improvement actions to achieve your targets.
* Undertaking effective interventions to maximise both individuals and the team’s performance, working with the GMUK team on identified issues and actions.
* You will monitor the effective usage of the Genesis CRM tool; updating and recording and providing timely reports to management.
* Managing all aspects related to effective day to day management of the retail sales operation.
* You are the deputy to the Head of Sales.
Person Specification
* A professional, experienced and ambitious sales manager/ controller.
* Experience in a Regional Sales Manager role or Zone Manager role is required.
* Demonstrable evidence of developing and delivering highly engaged and motivated sales teams within the premium and luxury retail sector.
* You must be able to provide evidence of the KPI’s and tracking reports that you have utilised to evidence the achievements of optimising your sales and your teams’ results.
* Experience in working effectively in a complex matrix structure with multiple stakeholders.
