About the Team
1. We are looking for a Supplier Funded Content Assistant to join our fun and highly dedicated team on a permanent basis.
The Role/Profile
2. As an assistant in the SFC team, you will liase and brief media requirements to our Suppliers. Once assets are delivered you will process and upload these onto site. This role also designs and builds Ocado branded SFM, in the form of FOP and PCOW banners, taking the brief from the supplier and designing an in house branded banner to load into the space.
Key Responsibilities
3. External account management:
4. Communicate promo periods to suppliers; chase assets, and liaise with suppliers and external design teams as required.
5. Be aware of any related media in the supplier’s media plan, eg. Shop-in-shops.
6. Internal account management:
7. Communicate daily status to the Senior eComm Exec, and relevant business partners where required.
8. Identify and escalate issues where required.
9. Liaise with Trading Managers and Assistants to ensure promos are correct, and checked on time.
10. Liaise with the Merchandising team to deliver completed assets on time.
11. Workload management:
12. Anticipate workload/resource requirements and plan accordingly.
13. Produce reports to track efficiency.
14. Ensure that resources are being used effectively, that production stays on track, and that media is delivered correctly and on time.
15. Continuously improve the process.
16. Quality control:
17. Ensure that all banners are correct. Feedback corrections to suppliers and/or correct banners as applicable.
18. Design:
19. Create internal banners, understand brand guidelines and optimise media within set guidelines.
Day-to-day duties include:
20. Share up-to-date application guides and templates with all suppliers.
21. Update guidelines and supporting content for internal and external parties where required.
22. Check artwork against Ocado Retail application guides.
23. Correct or feedback to suppliers as required.
24. Upload all banners into Scribe.
25. Code HTML banners where required.
26. Liaise with Trading Managers and Assistants to ensure promos are correct, and checked on time.
27. Liaise with the Merchandising team to deliver completed assets on time.
28. Proactively communicate workload status to business partners.
29. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
