Associate Director Electrical Engineering

Your role
* Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, ensuring high‑quality outputs.
* Define briefs, scopes of work, and lead bid proposals.
* Successfully manage time and budgets to achieve key project milestones and programmes.
* Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Set quality assurance standards in design.
* Grow, develop and manage electrical engineering capability within the practice.
About You
* Chartered or Fellow Electrical Engineer.
* Experience owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
* Comprehensive knowledge of electrical design (LV & HV systems), motor control centres/switchgear, electrical installations and systems within industrial/process environments; HAZOP assessments, DSEAR/ATEX installation practice, production of SLD/BCD’s, earthing and bonding; familiarity with UK design standards and industry‑specific standards.
* Proven strong technical leadership in multidisciplinary delivery.
