About the RoleAs a Support/Software Developer, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to maintaining and supporting a suite of SaaS products. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, assist clients remotely, and ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide remote support for desktop and web-based applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and data connections. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain clear documentation of support cases and communications. Manage multiple support cases simultaneously. What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is: Technically adept and a natural problem solver. Experienced in .NET web development (C# or VB), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Comfortable writing simple scripts (e.g., Python). A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work both independently and collaboratively. Familiar with Windows OS and basic system administration tasks. Preferred but not essential: Experience with local government operations. Exposure to GIS technologies, especially ESRI ArcGIS.
