Xerox is seeking a Production Sales Specialist - Channel (MEA) to drive growth through indirect partners across the Middle East and Africa. This quota-bearing role is not a direct sales position - it's a high-impact, field-based, commission-driven opportunity to influence and enable a vibrant partner ecosystem. Success is built on your ability to act as a trusted advisor to channel partners - coaching sales teams, shaping commercial strategy, and championing the Xerox Production portfolio across hardware, software, services, and workflow. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Performance: - Deliver quota-based revenue targets across hardware and software through indirect channels - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals - Grow Production Machines in Field and track profitability metrics - Drive robust partner-led pipeline creation and boost closure rates Partner Engagement: - Build joint business plans with partners and local Partner Managers - Actively engage with partner executives, managers, and sales teams to build trust and alignment - Champion the full Xerox Production value proposition throughout the region - Lead in-field events, product launches, and workshops as a Xerox SME Enablement & Solution Development: - Train, mentor, and onboard partner sales reps across the Production portfolio - Structure competitive offers: pricing, TCO, margin management, and solution design - Align with internal teams (CareAR, PSG, supply chain, marketing) for seamless delivery - Design customer workflows that differentiate Xerox and deliver measurable value - Guide partners through certifications, enablement tracks, and co-marketing initiatives Sales Execution: - Drive commercial performance through coaching and influence - Support longer-cycle pursuits (e.g., RFPs, enterprise engagements) - Promote third-party solutions that enhance Xerox's Production suite - Resolve partner challenges, manage regional logistics, and maintain customer satisfaction KPIs: - Revenue attainment (indirect hardware/software) - Partner pipeline health and conversion rates - Machines in Field (MIF) growth - Enablement milestones: training, certifications, campaigns - Market visibility and event execution Candidate Profile Experience: - 4 years in Production or Commercial Print sales; channel sales experience is a plus - Proven success working in or supporting partner-led markets (Europe and MEA preferred) - Demonstrated ability to influence and coach partner sales teams toward results Skills & Attributes: - Deep understanding of Production Print; PSG enthusiasm is a must - Commercially sharp - excels at pricing, profitability, and deal configuration - Strategic thinker with a tactical mindset - Inspiring communicator and confident presenter - at ease with executives and end-users - Fluent in English; Arabic or French a strong asset - Resilient, culturally adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity Travel Requirements: - Frequent travel across MEA (including multi-night trips) - This role requires international travel to Xerox offices and client locations across the Middle East and Africa.
