Mr Cs care home are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our expanding team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to our residents. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life.
Principal responsibilities:
* To oversee the care standards and support staff in fulfilling their duty.
* To support other care workers to ensure effective and positive communication exists.
* To provide coaching and supervision to own staff group.
* To maintain the relevant records necessary to ensure commissioning and CQC compliance.
* To seek aid or medical assistance for those who are unwell, recognizing the early warning signs.
* To relay any concerns and liaise with management regarding concerns and care issues.
* To offer first aid to those who require it and seek attention from 3rd parties in the event of falls and injury.
* To be familiar with the care plan process and have a general knowledge of client needs.
* To communicate effectively with all other Health & Social care workers.
* To manage and administer drugs in line with standards and policy.
