This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that is actively expanding its block management division.The ideal candidate will be confident managing a portfolio of residential blocks and units on behalf of existing landlord clients, while also playing a key role in developing new business and growing the block portfolio.The Role:This position will involve a blend of day-to-day block management and client relationship work, along with business development activity. You’ll be the main point of contact for landlords, leaseholders, and contractors, and will be given the tools and support to grow the block management side of the business.Key Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of residential blocks and unitsActing as the main liaison between landlords, leaseholders, and contractorsOrganising maintenance, repairs, compliance checks, and major worksPreparing and managing service charge budgetsConducting site inspections and maintaining property standardsHandling Section 20 notices and leasehold queriesIdentifying and securing new block management opportunitiesAssisting the wider team with onboarding new instructions and clientsThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in residential block management is essentialKnowledge of leasehold legislation, service charges, and compliance mattersStrong organisational and communication skillsComfortable working independently and managing your own timeCommercially aware with a proactive approach to growing a portfolioIRPM qualification (or working towards) desirable but not essentialFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleThis is a great opportunity for an ambitious Block Manager looking to take more ownership of their portfolio and help shape the future of a growing department.Apply now to register your interest.
