Role - Administrative Assistant - Business Rates

Location: Central London (with some working from home)

Remuneration - up to £45,000 plus benefits package and bonus (subject to experience).


The role:

A commercial property services firm has a role for an Administrative Assistant, in their Business Rates team. The role is based at their offices in Central London.

Role description:

This is a full-time hybrid role, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As an Administrative Assistant in the Business Rates team, you will be involved in assisting with the team’s Business Rates management work on a number of key client occupational portfolios. The primary activities will include: opening/verifying rate demands, maintaining detailed occupancy schedules, liaising with billing authorities, upkeeping CRM records and supporting the team in the provision of accurate monthly financial reports/budgets to our clients.


Required experience & qualifications:

* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
* Sound academic background
* Attention to detail
* Naturally organised
* Possess good time management
* Confidence to communicate with client contacts, councils and colleagues
