As a Store Manager at Victoria's Secret you9ll take ownership of the success of your store, inspiring your team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience every day.
Responsibilities
* Lead from the heart - Train, coach and inspire your team, setting them up for success and developing them to be stars of the future.
* Be a role model - Motivate and engage your team to bring to life the brand values every day, promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere that celebrates success.
* Have your mind on the customer - Be a friendly face to every customer, putting their needs first and personalising the in-store experience, while ensuring your team does the same.
* Hands on operations - Own your P&L and lead on key KPIs across the store with a focus on profitability and controllable costs (hiring, rotas, payroll, customer success, stock control) to maximise sales and profitability.
* An eye for visuals - Uphold high brand visual standards with support from the Visual Team and ensure your team delivers quality execution.
* Open eyes and ears - Cultivate a platform for active listening with your team and share ideas with wider store partners. Encourage input from others; every idea counts.
* Your feet on the ground - Keep the store up to date and safe by ensuring compliance. Own product launches, floor set changes, store audits and stock counts, H&S policies, and maintain efficiency and safety for you and your team.
Qualifications
* A wealth of experience - With previous store manager experience in a fast-paced store(s), demonstrate a record of managing and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Passion for retail - A passion for all aspects of retail, whether front or back of house, with a focus on creating a unique customer experience.
* Lead with purpose - Ability to lead with purpose, engage and develop your team to share enthusiasm for the brand and the experience we create.
* Relationships that count - Keen to be part of the business and develop valued relationships with customers, your team and wider business teams.
