Senior Customer Relations Coordinator
📍 Full-Time | Permanent | £28,000–£30,000 | Near Pontefract
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation in the training and education sector for a Senior Customer Relations Coordinator. This is a varied role combining high-level administration with client relationship management, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional administrative support across training and apprenticeship programmes
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, learners, tutors, and awarding bodies
* Manage course documentation, reports, and key project timelines
* Maintain internal systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Prepare client reports and assist with invoicing and cost tracking
* Support new tutor recruitment and onboarding
* Help identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail
* Experience managing client relationships professionally
* Confident communicator with solid organisational skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
* Full UK driving licence (travel may be required)
