Join us as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in driving growth across both new business and existing accounts. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality sales opportunities through a mix of inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and account development. We take a modern, data-driven approach to sales — using buying signals, market insights, and AI-powered tools to help you work smarter, identify the right opportunities, and connect with key decision-makers. This is a Newcastle-based role, with an expectation to work from the office at least three days per week. What You’ll Do Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify inbound leads and turn marketing interest into real sales conversations Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts Research target accounts, map stakeholders, and engage decision-makers Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and target the right audiences Keep CRM records up to date and consistently hit activity and pipeline targets What You’ll Bring Confidence in outbound sales, especially cold calling and prospect outreach Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly A proactive, target-driven mindset with the resilience to keep pushing forward Curiosity and commercial awareness to spot opportunities others might miss A data-driven approach to prioritising activity and improving performance Experience with CRM tools, sales tech, or AI tools is a bonus A team-first attitude with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment What's in it for me?
