We are now looking for ambitious Sales and Business Development professionals (2+ years of exp) to join our growing team as Executive Search Consultants, where you’ll gain the skills, training, and experience to make the transition from sales and build a successful career in executive search and talent consulting.
The Role
As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact recruitment and advisory projects. You will:
* Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and talent strategies
* Research, identify, and engage with senior-level professionals across specialist markets
* Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities
* Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial briefing to offer negotiation and placement
* Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates while developing your own sector expertise
This role is ideal for candidates coming from B2B sales, business development, recruitment, account management or client-facing commercial roles who want to move into a more consultative, high-value environment, offering exposure to senior decision-makers and complex business challenges from the outset.

What we're looking for:
* 2–5 years’ experience in a sales/business development role
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
* Proven work ethic and resilience
