- Basic salary from £30,000 to £42,000 (dependent on experience).

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out precise MOT tests strictly in line with DVSA compliance and road safety standards.
- Managing a consistent, organized workflow through our modern, fully equipped testing facilities.
- Accurately recording faults found and logging defects onto the digital systems.
- Writing up job cards clearly and precisely for retail, warranty, and advisory purposes.
- Interacting with the front-of-house service team and customers when required to explain safety findings clearly and professionally.
- Maintaining a calm, organized approach to your workday to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- MOT Licence: Must be a fully qualified and active DVSA MOT Tester.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience: Proven hands‑on experience and solid operational knowledge within a professional workshop environment.
- Traits: Capable of interacting with all types of people in a lucid, professional, and pleasant manner with a strong commitment to workshop safety.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
