Provide effective and strategic leadership to the organisation.
Develop and execute the company's short-, medium-, and long-term strategic goals.
Lead and manage direct reports, ensuring alignment with KPIs and objectives.
Oversee sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve financial measures.
Represent the company at key events and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
Drive sales and marketing excellence through strategic alignment and collaboration.
Enhance operational efficiency by ensuring robust processes and compliance with industry standards.
Create a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and professional development.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the property industry.
Strong track record in managing multi-faceted departments.
High level of attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in growth initiatives.Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience in off-market planning and property investment strategies.
Familiarity with data analytics and CRM tools to drive performance.
