A welcoming and well‑supported primary school in Cheam is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team, working within a specialist provision based in a mainstream setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and adaptable teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs in a nurturing, structured environment.
Key responsibilities
* Planning and delivering tailored, engaging lessons to meet individual needs
* Supporting pupils’ emotional regulation, behaviour and social development
* Implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
* Creating a calm, structured and supportive classroom environment
* Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCo and pastoral staff
* Building positive relationships with pupils and their families

Qualifications
