We are looking for an AI/GenAI Architect to join fast‑paced teams.
Your role
As a practitioner in AI – D, you are responsible for delivering Data Solution Architecture projects. You will design and implement data solutions that enable significant business outcomes and lead the definition and design of data and AI solutions.
* Lead the definition and design of data and AI solutions.
* Help market-leading clients understand how to leverage data and cutting-edge technologies to address challenges.
* Work closely with executive-level client stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to translate business vision into clear functional specifications and solution designs, ensuring successful project delivery.
* Lead the creation of strategic roadmaps for Data – AI capabilities.
* Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
* Lead effective, diverse teams within an inclusive culture.
* Own one or more functional workstreams contributing to client project delivery.
* Mentor junior team members, fostering professional development.
* Contribute to proposals for new business opportunities.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and vendor landscape, building relationships with leading claims solution vendors.
Your professional experience
* Deep understanding of functional data architecture designs, including data modelling, data management principles, data quality frameworks, master data management and reporting requirements.
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution designs.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and experience proposing solutions to senior stakeholders.
* Experience managing and mentoring teams, providing daily leadership that nurtures talent.
* Experience working with peers and senior enterprise solution/data architecture functions to develop data architecture blueprints.
* Experience in conducting functional architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of enterprise-wide systems, including cloud-based solutions, and product selection or build-vs-buy recommendations.
* Experience engaging with both business and IT stakeholders to document business outcomes and objectives for large-scale solutions and programmes.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced project environments and demonstrating personal resilience.
Location and working arrangements
You will be based in Manchester with hybrid working. The role may require work in the local office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites and remotely.
