We are looking for a motivated and forward–thinking Senior Electrical Engineer to join a busy Building Services team in Manchester. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who's eager to grow into an Associate or Director role within the next few years.
About the Role:
* Lead electrical design across a range of commercial and industrial projects
* Support and develop junior engineers
* Maintain strong client and design team relationships
* Combine technical excellence with a strategic, proactive mindset
* Be hands–on in design while contributing to business growth
About You:
* Degree qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
* Chartered or working towards MCIBSE/IET
* Strong design background in sectors like offices, logistics, retail, residential, stadia, or data centres
* Ambitious, adaptable, collaborative, and commercially aware
* Interested in leadership, mentoring, and business development
