As demand continues to grow, they are now looking to add several experienced Debt Advisors to their established team. As a Debt Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full sales and customer journey, including: Handling initial inbound and outbound client calls. Identifying eligible customers based on their financial circumstances. Providing clear, compliant explanation of debt solutions (non-advisory where required). Guiding customers through their application process. Working real-time, warm IVA web leads. This role is ideal for someone with 6–12 months experience in Debt Advisory who is motivated, resilient, and confident in a telephone-based sales environment.
