Main Duties: This role will be supporting a fun-loving 16 year old in accessing activities within the community that are already available, attend planned days out, baking and crafts within her own home, and supporting to help her build her confidence and independence whilst navigating through to adulthood.
Experience – Our young person lives with a form of Epilepsy, knowledge or awareness would be preferrable, however, full training can be provided.
Hours of Work: Between 4 & 6 hours every weekend (hours to be agreed between employer/employee).
Rate of Pay: - £12.60 per hour. Holiday pay and pension will accrue. Full employer’s liability insurance will be in place.
DBS: Successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, there will be no cost to applicant.
