Sales & Marketing Coordinator Swaffham £27,000 - £30,000 per annum Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Friday finish at 4:00pm) Permanent We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a friendly team in Swaffham. This role blends customer service, sales administration, and marketing support, offering variety and the chance to work across multiple departments. You'll be responsible for coordinating sales enquiries, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Coordination Create accurate quotations and process customer sales orders. Raise purchase orders and invoices, and maintain CRM and customer databases. Respond to incoming emails and calls, handling enquiries and order updates. Communicate & build relationships with existing & new customers on a regular basis via telephone & email. Developing & sourcing new sales leads & opportunities Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service. Follow up on sales leads and assist with pipeline tracking. Marketing Duties Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. Assist with content creation for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Help organise exhibitions, conferences, and customer events. Maintain and update website content and analytics reports. Coordinate social media activity and monitor engagement metrics. What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience in admin, customer service, or sales support roles (essential). Familiarity with Sage or similar systems (advantageous). A background in B2B sales or marketing is a bonus.
