We are looking for a Store Manager to join Team OB in our Stamford store. As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing retail staff and helping customers in a retail store or sales space, as well as maintaining the overall site itself.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring the site is opened and closed at the relevant times.
2. Maintaining site security.
3. Briefing teams on business targets and goals.
4. Staff training and performance monitoring.
5. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales.
The ideal candidate will need to be well organized and have excellent customer service skills. Effective communication with both team members and other departments in the business is fundamental. While having experience in this area is valuable, Store Managers with a degree in Business Administration are often viewed favorably by potential employers.
