We are currently seeking a SEND College Support Assistant to join this nurturing and forward-thinking setting from September 2025.

The role:
Supporting students with additional needs in a classroom and community-based environment
Encouraging independence and promoting life skills
Working closely with teaching staff, therapists, and external professionals
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
You will need:
Experience supporting individuals with SEND (preferred but not essential)
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to make a real difference in the lives of young adults
