About the Role As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our customers, contractors, and site teams. Your role will involve: Scheduling and monitoring defect works and inspections. Managing customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Maintaining accurate records on our Clixifix system. Supporting our journey to achieve and maintain 5-Star Customer Satisfaction. Liaising with supply chain partners to ensure timely and quality service delivery. ?? What We’re Looking For Essential: Strong administration and organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience in customer service and relationship building. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems. Ability to make decisions within defined procedures and work methodically with attention to detail. Desirable: Knowledge of housing construction or property development.
