With a full-stack digital offering across research, SEO, paid media, analytics, web development, video production and social media, they are now looking to appoint a Senior PPC Consultant to play a key role in their expanding paid media function.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced paid media professional who thrives in a performance-driven, data-focused environment.
You will be responsible for managing and optimising PPC campaigns across a range of high-profile client accounts, while also contributing to wider paid strategy and supporting junior team members.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads
Conducting research, planning and audience targeting
Budget allocation, bid strategy and performance optimisation
Advanced reporting with clear insight and commercial recommendations
Remarketing and conversion tracking implementation
Working collaboratively with SEO, analytics and creative teams
Supporting and mentoring junior Paid Media Executives where required
This is a hybrid position offering strong progression opportunities within a growing digital agency environment.
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in Paid Marketing / PPC / Campaign Management
Advanced working knowledge of:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Microsoft Ads
Proven experience managing the full campaign lifecycle from research and build through to optimisation and reporting
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Experience working with varied budget sizes (SME through to enterprise)
Confident communicator with strong written English skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Desirable:
Experience with Twitter/X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Indeed or programmatic platforms (e.g. DV360)
Exposure to recruitment or talent attraction marketing campaigns
Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
