About the role
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll help lead the store team – coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, delivering excellent customer service, and performing various store tasks like re-stocking and cleaning.

What you’ll do

4. Stock management: Conduct diligence checks and maintain stock accuracy for a great shopping experience.
5. Support management: Support the Store Manager by deputising and handling HR processes.
6. Product and service promotion: Lead the introduction of new products/services and encourage team feedback.
7. Community engagement: Build relationships and support local community initiatives.
