Salter Grange is working with a leading Engineering Contractor who is currently recruiting a QA/QC Electrical Inspector to join a specialist Engineering Contractor on a high-profile, major Data Centre Development in London on a freelance basis for the following 18 months.
The successful QA/QC Electrical Inspector will be joining a leading engineering contractor on a Hyper-Scale Data Centre Project for a blue-chip client and be part of a highly regarded company and well known for its strong Preconstruction Engineering, Project Management capabilities and smooth Project Delivery.
Ideally, the successful QA/QC Electrical Inspector will have experience in a similar role, Electrical trade or degree qualified and a proven track record in the Data Centre industry.
QA/QC Electrical Inspector Responsibilities:
* Perform routine inspections of the quality of installations.
* Owner of snagging the installation, both on scheduled walkdowns and observations.
* Critique installations to ensure the clients walkdown is a snag free exercise.
* Deliver First of a kind process and sign off.
* Document Control of Construction Drawings, Schedules and Specifications.
* QA Owner of allocated Turnover scope to take from construction completion through Testing, inspecting and handover.
* Partake in Quality Surveillance Programme.
* Compilation of turnover packs.
