The Role
As a Site Services Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of site operations and ensuring essential services are delivered effectively.
Day-to-day, you’ll support a wide range of facilities and operational activities across the site, combining administrative tasks with hands-on support including goods receiving, contractor coordination, site logistics, and workspace changes.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Goods receiving and post/package notifications
2. Supporting contractor control activities including Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) checks against Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS)
3. Site waste administration and support
4. Stationery ordering and stock management including office and kitchen supplies
5. Assisting with lift and shift activities and workspace moves
6. Supporting minor Facilities Management (FM) tasks such as lock changes and equipment resets
Essential experience of the Site Services Assistant:
7. Previous experience in a multi-skilled administrative or site support role
8. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
10. Knowledge of Health & Safety practices
11. Experience using Microsoft Office applications
12. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing operational needs
Essential qualifications for the Site Services Assistant:
13. Level 3 NVQ in a vocational field or relevant equivalent experience
14. Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one

This role is 37 hours per week based at our Farnborough site with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week. Set working times are 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
