We're now looking for an experienced
Building Compliance Manager
to help us maintain the highest standards of
Health & Safety, compliance, and facilities management
across our growing national portfolio.
The Role
In This Pivotal Role, You'll
Oversee
day-to-day facilities operations
delivered by our third-party FM providers.
Drive compliance, Health & Safety standards, and operational excellence across multiple sites.
Work closely with stakeholders and contractors to ensure
safe, efficient, and compliant building environments
.
Support operational colleagues to deliver new communities while maintaining high-quality existing sites.
Take ownership of
maintenance performance
, compliance reporting, and M&E systems.
Play a hands-on role in site inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a
national role
– you can be based at any of our sites but will travel regularly to support our teams.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident leader with:
Proven management experience in
residential property, estates, or facilities management
.
Strong working knowledge of the
Building Safety Act
and wider H&S compliance.
A track record in managing contractors, FM providers, and compliance systems.
Health & Safety qualifications (
IOSH or higher
) and knowledge of Fire Safety, LOLER, PUWER, Legionella, and Asbestos.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Flexibility to travel nationally as part of the role.
