Maths Teacher – Shaftesbury
Full-Time | Starting January 2026
A thriving and inclusive secondary school in Shaftesbury is looking for an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their teaching team from January 2026. This is a full-time position, ideal for a teacher who is passionate about inspiring young people to succeed in mathematics.
The successful candidate will deliver well-structured and engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting students of all abilities to reach their full potential and develop a genuine interest in the subject.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent).
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to design and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons.
• Comprehensive subject knowledge and a commitment to high academic standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage students.
• Adaptable and reflective approach to teaching, with a focus on individual learning needs.
