As Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll play a central part in ensuring high-quality nursing care across the home. Working closely with the Home Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a clinical team, monitor care delivery, and help maintain a safe, person-centred environment where residents feel genuinely cared for. Please note: due to the location of the service, candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
