This includes the development and promotion of NCAP products and services. Manage business-to-business client relationships to ensure a steady and manageable stream of sales orders. Work with the Operations Manager to develop and deliver high-quality, innovative platforms and content for user engagement, along with an efficient, quality-led customer service journey. Ensure the NCAP team delivers the highest level of customer service offered to clients. Direct lines of communication within NCAP including phone, in-person and email threads. Oversee Search Room management. Issue licence documentation and invoices as required. Coordinate and collate internal responses from colleagues to deliver fully informed quotes for large orders. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all NCAP systems, processes and collections to ensure effective delivery of more complex quotes, orders and requests. Liaise with HES departments regarding finance systems, external communications, marketing and online sales to ensure NCAP complies with HES standards and systems. where appropriate. This includes the production of reports and documentation which informs forward planning for NCAP and HESe. Liaise with HES Finance on business-to-business client account management. Work with colleagues across NCAP to deliver key Business Plan and strategic objectives. Contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment at Seven Hills. Support colleagues in all operational areas where required. Line manage the Customer Access Coordinators ensuring appropriate training has been completed, full knowledge transfer of all NCAP operations and adequate coverage of service delivery is maintained year-round. Proven track record of project management, putting plans and resources in place to achieve results, and effective change management skills. Proven track record of liaising between colleagues and teams to deliver comprehensive and meaningful results. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Ability to demonstrate a practical approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills for both business clients and the general public. Excellent organisational skills. Proven track record of contributing to supportive working practices. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks.
