HR Advisor
South Wales – On site
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
A well-established organisation in South Wales is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to take ownership of a varied generalist role, working closely with the HR Manager.
You’ll play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR operations, providing advice on people-related matters, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
* Support and advise on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
* Assist with recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and induction processes.
* Provide guidance on learning and development initiatives and coordinate training activities.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support employee engagement, wellbeing, and organisational culture.
* Support the HR Manager in implementing policies, driving best practice, and fostering continuous improvement.
