You'll be a commercial leader of your own Pizzeria. Entrepreneurial and able to spot every chance to drive sales in your restaurant while making strong links with your local community. This is a commercial role with tons of opportunity to make it your own. Lead a multichannel business, inspire and motivate your team, and deliver KPIs through your people.

Who you are:
* Previous management experience in a customer-facing sector, ideally hospitality
* A natural leader, able to create and motivate a high-performing team
* Exceptional P&L management skills
* Creative, autonomous, and responsible
