Commercial Solicitor – Belfast (Hybrid)
We’re recruiting for a Commercial Solicitor to join a leading organisation in the energy sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on varied, impactful projects that support a cleaner, sustainable future.
The Role:
1. Provide legal advice across commercial, corporate, procurement & regulatory matters.
2. Draft, review & negotiate contracts (supply, IT, consultancy, procurement).
3. Support strategic projects (infrastructure, network investment, regulatory submissions).
4. Advise on disputes, governance, and compliance.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage external advisors.
About You:
6. Qualified lawyer, min. 2 years PQE.
7. Strong judgement, communication & contract experience.
8. Able to manage diverse workload and deliver practical solutions.
9. Energy/regulatory sector experience desirable but not essential.
