The Senior Lipton Brand Manager supports the Senior Marketing Manager in driving the brand’s growth agenda. They will lead the execution of the 2026 annual plan, including brand campaigns and experiences, in collaboration with agencies, the Pepsi Lipton Europe team, and bottling partner Carlsberg Britvic. Additionally, they will develop and align the long-term brand growth strategy for 2027 and beyond, leveraging insights to identify key drivers and barriers within the brand and category. Responsibilities Lead brand growth strategy development, working closely with insights to understand key drivers and barriers of the brand and category Deliver brand’s summer campaign, leading the workstreams for OOH, social, experimental, digital and PR, and in-store in close collaboration with our bottling partner and PLI. Working closely with bottling partner Carlsberg Britvic to execute Lipton’s sampling campaign, creating a unique and unforgettable brand experience to drive trial for the brand Lead the executional roll out of year2 launch of Lipton Kombucha in 2026 Deliver new flavour launch Tropical, ensuring excellence in execution end-to-end Coordinating the new meeting cadence with our bottling partner Carlsberg Britvic, responsible for leading the key meetings, and holding the cross functional team accountable for the actions Being no1 brand advocate, promoting the brand and its campaigns internally and externally through PR, Senior stakeholder social posting, award submissions etc. Leading the budget management together with PLI and Carlsberg Britvic Qualifications Strong consumer understanding and brand building skills - understanding consumer insights to help build stronger activations & campaigns Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities Commercially savvy – knowing the commercial basics to work independently with the Carlsberg Britvic brand managers Project management – proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast moving and ever-changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes Experience of engaging and leading cross functional teams, internal and external partners Leading external agencies to develop and deliver winning marketing plans & content Budget Management experience Why Join Us?
