Care Assistant (Part-Time) - Maple Tree Court, Stoke-on-Trent
26.25 hours per week | Early (7am-2.30pm) & Late (2.30pm-10pm) shifts on a rota basis

Maple Tree Court is a beautiful, purpose-built care home in Stoke-on-Trent. We're proud to offer a warm, welcoming environment for older people, including those living with dementia. About the role
As a Care Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our residents' daily lives. You'll support them with dignity and respect - from providing personal care and assisting at mealtimes, to enriching their well-being with activities and a friendly chat. You'll build strong connections with residents and their families, making every interaction meaningful.
Each shift will be varied and rewarding. Our residents have unique stories, interests, and needs, and you'll help create an environment where they feel valued, safe, and supported.

About you
* No prior care experience? No problem! We're recognised by Skills for Care for providing one of the best learning and development programmes in adult social care.
* You have a genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference.
* You're a team player who can also work independently when needed.
* You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
