Role Overview
As the UK’s leading Healthcare Charity, we strive to maintain high standards of customer service. Maintaining cleanliness in our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs is vital. Your role is to help us create a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Organise your work and plan your time with guidance from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning does not disrupt customer experience.
* Use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training.
* Interact effectively with colleagues and customers with a friendly and communicative approach.
* Clean and prepare various areas in the club, including gym, changing rooms, showers, poolside, and more.
* Follow cleaning processes to ensure the environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
* Handle equipment safely, such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners.
* Perform tasks like waste removal and periodic deep cleaning.
