Key Responsibilities
* Own and optimise final assembly equipment uptime and turbocharger assembly processes
* Drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
* Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through APQP, PEP, and PPAP framework
* Manage tooling systems, production setup sheets, and operator SOPs
* Resolve 'run at rate' production issues with sustained engineering support
* Champion Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards (IATF16949, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001)
* Lead root cause analysis, kaizen activities, and problem-solving initiatives
* Maintain and edit FMEA and Control Plans
* Procure and maintain final assembly equipment and tooling in line with UK PUWER regulations
* Modify tooling drawings to support process changes and improvements
* Collaborate with OE plants and engineering teams during NPI correlation
* Manage capital projects including proposals, budgeting, and cost control

Experience & Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent in Engineering
* Prior experience in manufacturing and product engineering
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
