Service Care Solutions are currently working on behalf of a tier 1 Legal 500 company, based in Berkshire, which is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor with a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. You will be responsible for advising and representing a diverse range of clients on complex employment matters.

Position : Senior Employment Solicitor
Salary : £80,000 to £100,000
The responsibilities of the Senior Employment Solicitor role:
1. To undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Employment Team and Business Services Division.
2. Deliver a high-quality commercial legal service ensuring personal compliance with quality standards and professional ethics.
3. To be an ambassador for the firm at all times and always promote it in a positive light
The Person:
4. Minimum 5 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) in Employment Law
5. A proven track record in handling complex employment cases
6. Commercial awareness and ability to build strong client relationships
7. Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior staff
8. Experience in business development and networking
