* Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, sales) to ensure seamless service
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
* Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and suggesting process enhancements
What You Bring
* Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service role ideally but not mandatory (logistics or B2B is a bonus)
* Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
* Comfortable with CRM systems, email platforms, and digital tools
* Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
