Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through tender portals, building and maintaining strong relationships with key NHS and private stakeholders, and driving the growth of our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of CRM software.
Responsibilities
* Develop and monitor business development leads.
* Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and client expectations.
* Prepare and deliver tenders and qualification questionnaires.
Experience
* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a the healthcare sector.
* Familiarity with tender platforms or other CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
