Base pay range: Marston Holdings Limited has an excellent opportunity for a Team Leader to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Team Leader with Marston Holdings Ltd you will manage vehicle inspections at our Heston site in line with Transport for London (TfL) Quality Assurance systems.
A full UK driving licence and experience of driving manual vehicles is required for this role.
What you’ll do
* Ensure that our colleagues inspect taxis and private hire vehicles to meet TfL licencing criteria
* Undertake quality checks at the centre and associated administrative duties
* Acting as an escalation point with customers, where appropriate
* Ensuring that data is managed correctly and securely on site
* Ensuring health & safety checks occur regularly on site in line with company procedures
* Liaise with colleagues and TfL over policy, procedures, and changes
* Management of staff, coaching, leading and assessing
What we’re looking for
* Close attention to detail, ability to check documentation to ensure it is accurate and check vehicles to ensure they are in line with the licencing rules
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to coach, mentor and train other staff
* Strong report writing abilities
* Ability to multitask and be flexible to take up other tasks appropriate to the role
* Full clean UK driving licence

Other requirements
New starters will be subject to clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and a County Court Judgment check. The post holder is expected to keep the Company updated if their personal circumstances change.
