Can you help me to live as independently as possible? If you can then please read on.

Hi, I'm Georgina, I am 90 years young and live with my wonderful family 5 miles from Dumfries, so you will need a driving licence as there is not a regular bus service. I enjoy being as independent as possible. I have dementia and can be a little forgetful, which is why I am needing help with my daily living tasks which include:
* Washing and dressing
* Breakfast
* Medication
The person I am looking to employ to help support me must have the following qualities:
* Friendly
* Reliable
* Honest and Trustworthy
* Good sense of humour and good conversation
* Patience
If you think this is the role for you then I would love to hear from you.
I am looking for support two days per week and every alternate weekend. I normally have two hours in the morning as I like to get up early to get my glad rags on and to go to my club, and one hour in the evening to help me out of my glad rags. A sample of my rota is below but the hours will be discussed at interview as you would be working alternate days from my other personal assistant.
* Wednesday 7.45 am - 9.45 am and 8.00 pm - 9.00 pm
* Thursday is the same
* Every alternate weekend
* Holiday cover when required
I like the outdoors and being with family and friends.
If you are successful you will need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
You will be asked to provide the names of two referees.
You will need to be a member of Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme. If you are not already a member, I can advise you how to apply.
If you would like to find out more, or for help with applying then please contact Capability Scotland: anne.mckie@capability.scot /01387 403121
