Cromer Group Practice are seeking a practice administrator on a full-time basis to join our team. This role will provide high quality administrative support to the clinical and operational teams, ensuring efficient management of patient related administration for GPs. The postholder plays a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day practice operations, supporting patient care pathways, and ensuring compliance with information governance, clinical governance, and organisational protocols. Key responsibilities include: Manage administrative tasks on behalf of GPs, such as medication queries, and follow-up actions. Accurate coordination of Patient Group Directive (PGD) documentation, effective operational administration across the practice, and timely and sensitive handling of death administration processes. Allocate and track patient related tasks to ensure timely completion and escalation where appropriate. Maintain accuracy of patient records, ensuring all actions are recorded in line with practice protocols. Track PGD expiry dates, renewals, updates and clinician sign-off requirements. Provide administrative support across practice operations, HR administration, and coordination of coroner-related requests.
