As part of the Enhance Multi Academy Trust, Batley Parish benefits from being part of a supportive and forward-thinking community of schools. The Trust enables schools to flourish as unique establishments while working towards a shared vision of excellence. We believe in creating an environment where both children and staff thrive, underpinned by Christian values that shape our collective mission.
At this key time in the Academy’s rapid development, we are seeking to appoint two ambitious, determined and committed class teachers to help our staff team to secure further positive outcomes for our children, families, and the wider community. Through good practice, enthusiasm for learning and the ability to inspire and motivate others, you will harness the key strengths and energy of this Christian Academy. It is likely that one position will be in Key Stage One and the other in Key Stage Two. Both positions are temporary until August 2026 and are suitable for Early Career Teachers or those with more experience.

• Work collaboratively to plan and deliver a broad and engaging curriculum
• Are willing to contribute fully to school life, demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication to whole-school development
